IS MY ORDER READY?...

Why is my group not listed?

Not all fraternities and sororities are setup with us. If you do not see your group, we will not currently be able to sew your letters. If you have a group order you would like to place, please email us and we will contact your organizations headquarters to see if they will allow us to produce your letters.

 

I don’t see a fabric I want, do you offer other fabrics?

Yes, for group orders of 24 or more, please see group orders.

 

I don’t see a garment style and/or color I want, do you offer other garments?

Yes, for group orders of 24 or more, please see group orders.

 

I have my own fabric, can I use that for my letters?

Only if you are in our store. We also accept some customer provided fabric for group orders.

 

Our group needs other products such as custom printing, do you offer that?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time varies throughout the year. The average production time is about 2 weeks. During our busy seasons production time should not exceed 30 days, not including shipping which is 5 business days. Group orders that utilize the custom fabric option typically take longer than an average order.

 

Do you offer rush orders, and/or orders that need to be received by a specific deadline?

Only for group orders that have contacted us via email and requested a deadline date. Once requested, deadlines still need to be approved by the SOS staff. We do not accept rush orders or deadlines for individual orders.

 

Can I place an order without paying upfront on the website?

Only for group orders. Please email us, see our contact page.

 

May I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

No, due to the custom nature of our product, you may not change or cancel your order once it is placed.

 

May I call to check on my order?

No, please email us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

 

Why would an order take longer than usual?

If the manufacturer is out of stock of in the garment style, color, and size that you ordered, there is no way for us to get that garment and begin production. In those cases, we make every effort possible to contact you immediately and give you the following options: change or cancel your order, or wait for the item to be made and shipped to us by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has permanently discontinued the garment you selected, we will be forced to change or cancel your order.

 

The item(s) I received to not perfectly match the image on the screen when I ordered, may I return the item for a refund or replacement?

No, the colors on your screen may not exactly match the actual colors of our fabric, and the fabric pattern may be cut differently each time, so it may not match exactly how it appears on screen.

 

The garment I ordered is damaged, or has the incorrect garment style, color, size, quantity, inner fabric/twill, or outer twill. What should I do?
