Is My Order Ready?

We are currently working on orders from:

IF YOU ORDERED ON, OR AFTER, THAT DATE, YOUR ORDER IS NOT DONE!!! (ORDERS ARE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS)

How Do I Create Each Design?

How To Order

Click on “Design and Order”.

Click on your organization. (listed alphabetical, click pages 2, 3, etc to see more)

Click on the Garment Type/Brand you want.

“Garment Color” is the color of the garment, click on a color: preview will change.

To change the “Inner” fabric/color, click on “Inner”.
Clicking on the fabric/color will make it appear in the preview
**If you have your own fabric, we prefer you place your order in-store

To change the “Outer” color, click on “Outer”.
Clicking on the Outer color will make it appear in the preview.

If the preview is correct (Letters, Garment, Inner, Outer), click “Quantities & Sizes”.

Enter the quantities for the sizes you want (leave blank if zero please).

Click “Add To Cart”

If you made a mistake, delete the item(s), and go to “Design and Order” and re-do the item.

If correct, but you want to order something else, go to “Design and Order” to order more.

Double check all the info

ENTER COUPON CODE BEFORE CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE ONE

Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Select “Pickup” or “Ship To Home”, then click “Next”

Enter BILLING ADDRESS (NOT ship address, enter shipping next if you choose ship).

BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE EXACT AND MATCH THE CREDIT CARD ADDRESS

IF YOU USE THE WRONG BILLING ADDRESS THE ORDER MAY BE DECLINED!!!

Enter credit card info and click “Place Order”.

You will see a Thank you/Success screen, please take pic/screenshot for your reference since the confirmation email often goes to your spam folder

Why is my group not listed?

Not all fraternities and sororities are setup with us. If you do not see your group, we will not currently be able to sew your letters. If you have a group order you would like to place, please email us and we will contact your organizations headquarters to see if they will allow us to produce your letters.

I don't see a fabric I want, do you offer other fabrics?

Yes, for group orders of 24 or more, please see group orders.

I don't see a garment style and/or color I want. Do you offer other garments?

Yes, for group orders of 24 or more, please see group orders.

I have my own fabric. Can I use that for my letters?

Only if you are in our store. We also accept some customer provided fabric for group orders.

Our group needs other products such as custom printing. Do you offer that?

Yes, for group orders, please email us, see our contact page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time varies throughout the year. The average production time is about 2 weeks. During our busy seasons production time should not exceed 30 days, not including shipping which is 5 business days. Group orders that utilize the custom fabric option typically take longer than an average order.

Do you offer rush orders, and/or orders that need to be received by a specific deadline?

Only for group orders that have contacted us via email and requested a deadline date. Once requested, deadlines still need to be approved by the SOS staff. We do not accept rush orders or deadlines for individual orders.

Can I place an order without paying up front on the website?

Only for group orders. Please email us, see our contact page.

May I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

No, due to the custom nature of our product, you may not change or cancel your order once it is placed.

May I call to check on my order?

No, please email us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Why would an order take longer than usual?

If the manufacturer is out of stock of in the garment style, color, and size that you ordered, there is no way for us to get that garment and begin production. In those cases, we make every effort possible to contact you immediately and give you the following options: change or cancel your order, or wait for the item to be made and shipped to us by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has permanently discontinued the garment you selected, we will be forced to change or cancel your order.

The item(s) I received do not perfectly match the image on the screen when I ordered. May I return the item for a refund or replacement?

No, the colors on your screen may not exactly match the actual colors of our fabric, and the fabric pattern may be cut differently each time, so it may not match exactly how it appears on screen.

The garment I ordered is damaged, or has the incorrect garment style, color, size, quantity, inner fabric/twill, or outer twill. What should I do?

Please take a picture of the issue and email us immediately.
